Degeshi Limited was incorporated on July 17th, 2002 and at that time was known as C&K Fumigation Company Ltd, registered as a private company under the Company Ordinance (Cap 213). It obtained registration reference number 121323 on November 2nd, 2015. The company was incorporated under Section 15 of the Companies Act 2002 as a Limited Company. In May 2025, the company formally changed its name to Degeshi Limited. For nineteen years of service up to the present, Degeshi Ltd has served a variety of customers ranging from low-income earners to those who are well-to-do, including individuals, corporate organizations, government departments, business entities, faith-based organizations, inland container depots (ICD), as well as diplomats and other international organizations found in Tanzania.

The Managerial Department comprises highly competent professionals in the field who are obliged to plan, organize, staff, direct, control, and motivate all staff of the organization while setting the short-term, medium-term, and long-term strategic plans of the organization. The Technical Department, among its other responsibilities, is expected to work hard with extreme energy to ensure that the organization’s dreams are realized with maximum efficiency and productivity.
